Structural MIG/Flux Fitter/Welder – Now Hiring
We’re expanding and looking for skilled Structural MIG/Flux Fitter/Welders to join our team. This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity offering weekly pay, great benefits, and a steady four‑day workweek.
About the Job
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm
- Overtime: Optional on Fridays
- Environment: Clean, safety‑focused manufacturing setting with an emphasis on accuracy and quality
What You’ll Do
- Perform high‑quality MIG welding and metal fabrication
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
- Cut, prep, fit, and assemble metal components
- Complete weld tests to ensure quality and structural integrity
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of welding experience preferred
- Proficiency with MIG, Flux Core, and Metal Core processes
- Strong blueprint and layout reading skills
- Ability to pass a D.1 Plate Test

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.50/hr.
