Structural MIG/Flux Fitter/Welder – Now Hiring

We’re expanding and looking for skilled Structural MIG/Flux Fitter/Welders to join our team. This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity offering weekly pay, great benefits, and a steady four‑day workweek.

About the Job

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm
• Overtime: Optional on Fridays
• Environment: Clean, safety‑focused manufacturing setting with an emphasis on accuracy and quality

What You’ll Do

• Perform high‑quality MIG welding and metal fabrication
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Cut, prep, fit, and assemble metal components
• Complete weld tests to ensure quality and structural integrity

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of welding experience preferred
• Proficiency with MIG, Flux Core, and Metal Core processes
• Strong blueprint and layout reading skills
• Ability to pass a D.1 Plate Test

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.50/hr.
