As a CNC Machinist, you will set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce precision parts according to specifications. You will interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machining requirements and select the appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job. Your role includes monitoring machine operations and making necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Experience operating CNC machinery, specifically mills or lathes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and measuring gauges.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Work EnvironmentWork in a climate-controlled facility with flexible first shift hours, Monday through Thursday, from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm or 7 am to 5:30 pm.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
