Urgent Hiring for Pharmacist in Tulsa ,OK

Job Description:
- Monitor drug therapy regimens for contraindications, drug-drug interactions, drug-food interactions, allergies, and appropriateness of drug and dose.
- Provide accurate and timely medication information to healthcare staff and patients.
- Interact proactively with medical staff regarding drug therapy issues.
- Document all clinical activities and interventions accurately and completely.
Qualifications:
- B.S. or Pharm D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy is Mandatory
- Active Pharmacist license in Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy is Mandatory
- 1+ year of hospital pharmacy experience is Mandatory
BLS & ACLS certification is Preferred
Compensation:$150000
