Full-time 40-hour work weeks. This position is located in Tulsa.
Support the Information Services Division
Salary is based on education and experience
Responsibilities
Configure, install, and maintain workstations and laptops in a networked environment.
Identify network, hardware, and software problem utilizing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Perform imaging process of workstations in accordance with defined policies and procedures
Adhere to established service level agreements (SLA) with high level of emphasis on customer satisfaction and communication
Install, configure, apply patches, and update operating systems and workstation applications.
Maintain workstation systems at performance level to meet customer expectations for reliability and stability
Serve as the escalation point for technical and customer related issues in assigned geographical area
Use remote control tools to assist end users when needed
Ensure that all reported issues are entered into the ticketing system and have full and proper documentation and are close to successful resolution
Install, configure, and troubleshoot peripheral devices, such as printers
Install, configure, and troubleshoot iOS and Android mobile devices
Physical Demands and Work Environment
The employee must occasionally lift, and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Lifting above the head is occasionally required.
This position may require travel up to 30 percent of the work week.
Minimum qualifications
Requirements include 24 credit hours in computer science or related field, or two years of IT technical support experience, troubleshooting and job-related certifications.
Demonstrated ability working effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with ability to work autonomously preferred.
