We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgical Services / Operating Room team. This position offers evening shifts with flexible scheduling options, providing a consistent weekday schedule without the need for on-call or weekend work. Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the operating room setting.
- Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with patient safety and infection control standards.
- Prepare surgical supplies, equipment, and the operating room for procedures.
- Monitor patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
- Accurately document care and collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams.
Essential Skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in Operating Room or Surgical Services preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical workflows, and patient safety.
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment
This is an on-site position at a trusted hospital, featuring evening shifts with flexible scheduling. The environment is supportive and collaborative, focusing on patient safety and high-quality care standards.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
