CNC Lathe Machinist – 1st Shift

Pay: $20–$27/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM

Job Summary

We’re hiring a CNC Lathe Machinist to set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes to make precision parts. You’ll inspect your work, edit programs, and help keep production running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes
• Run parts to tight tolerances
• Edit and improve CNC programs (G‑code)
• Inspect parts using precision tools
• Troubleshoot machining issues
• Keep a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

What You Bring

• Experience as a CNC machinist (lathe experience preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of G‑code and CNC controls
• Strong understanding of tooling and machining processes
• High attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wagoner, OK.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
