Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic inbound customer service team focused on business-to-business (B2B) interactions. This is not your typical call center role—our client values professionalism, proactive communication, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Pay: $20/hr
Location: Hybrid (Beaverton, OR)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Training: 4 weeks in-office (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), then hybrid with 4 in-office days/month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and accurately post payments
- Communicate account status and resolve billing inquiries
- Collect overdue payments and bring accounts current
- Investigate and resolve customer billing issues
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in billing, customer service, or call center roles (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
- High school diploma or GED required
