Job Description
Join a dynamic pharmacy team where compounding and order fulfillment are at the heart of operations. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will primarily focus on order fulfillment, contributing to a busy yet rewarding environment that values customer appreciation and skill advancement.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill orders by engaging in compounding tasks such as weighing, mixing, grinding, and encapsulating pharmaceutical ingredients.
- Answer phones and assist customers in the will-call area.
- Process and type prescriptions accurately.
- Restock pharmacy supplies, including bottles, syringes, and chemicals.
- Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
- Prepare shipping labels and process customer payments.
- Attend team meetings and assist lab supervisors and pharmacists with special requests.
- Engage in physical tasks such as lifting containers up to 20lbs, standing for full shift durations, and using hands and arms continuously for various tasks.
Essential Skills
- Oregon Pharmacy Technician License or Certification required.
- 1+ year(s) of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in any pharmacy setting.
- Experience with pharmacy software and data entry.
- Customer service skills and experience in pharmacy support.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High School Diploma or GED.

- Proven history of reliability and positive attendance.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Work Environment
Work in a new, spacious facility with excellent employee areas. The schedule is Monday - Friday (5x8s) & every 3rd Saturday (if working Sat, will work Tues-Sat that week).
