Schedule: 4/10 Schedule, Mon-Fri, (Days may be no n-consecutive )
4:00am-2:30pm with occasional overtime

Driver's License Required: Must have a clean driving record .

Competitive Compensation: Starting Pay $24.53/hr

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manual labor including paper picking, keeping yard clean and presentable.
- Washing, repairing, and assembling trash bins and containers
- Traffic management .
- Perform yard work including cutting weeds.
- Perform general office maintenance and repairs including painting and janitorial work .
- Working outside in all weather conditions.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Operates skid steer and forklift.
- Work involves constant exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals , bio hazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises
- Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting , pushing, or pulling required of objects over 50 pounds.
- Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Driver's License with Clean driving record .
- Pass Criminal Background Check, Drug panel Screening, and Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules that are set forth; promotes the Company's safety standards; work with a sense of honesty, integrity and trustworthiness.
