Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Join our dynamic team to collaborate with internal departments and partners in processing purchase orders across the US. This role requires daily use of Dynamics AX system, Docusign, and Google Suite office systems.
Responsibilities
- Receive purchase orders from managers and pass them along via Docusign to the appropriate approving party.
- Load and process documents within the ERP system once signed and approved.
- Handle purchase orders ranging from small amounts to several thousand dollars.
- Process up to 60 purchase order requests daily, including direct and indirect PO's.
- Assist the team with warranty claims as needed.
Essential Skills
- 1+ years of experience in data entry.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Experience with Docusign.
- Basic accounting knowledge related to cost budgets.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Dynamics AX.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High attention to detail.
- Associates Degree or higher is highly preferred.
Work Environment
This is a 100% fully remote position with steady work through November. The company is planning to implement a new ERP system in November, which may change the nature of this role, but high-performing employees may find long-term opportunities.
