Position Overview

The Concrete Foreman oversees day‑to‑day field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires hands-on expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate crews, equipment, and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete crews on commercial, industrial, and civil projects
• Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and manpower needs
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Oversee layout, forming, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Track progress, materials, and crew performance
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide practical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role within concrete construction
• 5+ years of hands-on concrete experience, including forming, pouring, and finishing
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, tools, and equipment
• Ability to lead crews and maintain productivity on active job sites
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Ability to read plans and perform layout
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

This is a Permanent position based out of Portland, OR.

The pay range for this position is $90688.00 - $90688.00/yr.

Union benefits- full healthcare
