Help Desk Support – 100% Remote (PST Hours)
Join the Help Desk Support team as a Help Desk Support Specialist (Remote), providing high-touch technical support to internal employees. You’ll troubleshoot software and connectivity issues, assist with system access, and collaborate across teams to resolve technical challenges in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot software and remote connectivity issues
- Assist users with system access and application support
- Log and manage tickets in ServiceNow
- Escalate and communicate trends and outages
- Lead small process improvement projects
- Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of previous helpdesk support preferably supporting Windows 10 & 11
- Experience supporting end-user technologies (e.g., Salesforce, VOIP, MFA, Slack, ServiceNow)
- Prior help desk or tech support experience (e.g., Genius Bar, Geek Squad)
- Interviews conducted via laptop only (no phones), using Chrome and a Google account
- 100% Remote – must work PST hours
Pay: $26.50/hr (please note the pay below is inaccurate - it is $26.50/hr) | Contract: 6 months (possible extension)
