Assembly Inventory Picker

The role involves driving sit-down and stand-up forklifts, and assembling power manifold assemblies using hand and power tools. The position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with various tools and materials.

• Pick and post production parts using Pick tickets or electronic handheld devices.
• Perform a wide variety of complex and non-repetitive distribution assembly duties using standard procedures, tools, materials, machines, and equipment.
• Work from blueprints, work instructions, and/or verbal instructions to construct and assemble a variety of developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and component parts.
• Utilize specialty tools such as torque wrenches effectively.

• Experience working with inventory, either in order picking or a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Knowledge and experience in using a torque wrench.
• Previous forklift experience, including the use of a wave lift.

• Skills in grinding, deburring, polishing, and finishing are advantageous.

The machine shop is extremely clean and organized, featuring new tooling and a motivated crew. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
