Description
- Acting as liaison between Project Managers, Clients, and Subcontractors, answering general questions and referring customers to Project Managers and various departments
- Organizing, preparing, submitting and tracking subcontracts, supply agreements and subcontractor/supplier change orders
- Providing assistance with RFP/RFQ preparation
- Completing project set-up and on-going project maintenance/updates in Viewpoint and AutoDesk
- Creating project files and organizing and controlling job specific documents
- Preparing AIA draw request and invoices
- Obtaining subcontractor certifications and compliance reports regarding apprenticeship, M/W/ESB and Section 3 program
