Customer Service Representative – Hybrid | Beaverton, OR

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic inbound customer service team focused on business-to-business (B2B) interactions. This is not your typical call center role—our client values professionalism, proactive communication, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Pay: $20/hr

Location: Hybrid (Beaverton, OR)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Training: 4 weeks in-office (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), then hybrid with 4 in-office days/month


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and accurately post payments
  • Communicate account status and resolve billing inquiries
  • Collect overdue payments and bring accounts current
  • Investigate and resolve customer billing issues
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in billing, customer service, or call center roles (preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
  • High school diploma or GED required
