Description
- Provide excellent customer service to all Medicare Advantage members.
- Assist with coverage and claims related questions.
- Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for all products.
- Conduct research and follow-up for prompt resolution.
- Work efficiently in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, polite manner.
- Research, investigate and triage customer issues of concern and dissatisfaction as assigned.
- Advocate for the customer: explain benefits in a detailed and courteous manner so they are understood.
Skills & Qualifications
- Call center experience and understanding metrics/expectations
- Must have excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Understand how to resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently
