Based out of Oregon, one of the fastest growing Healthcare Insurance companies focused on Medicare Advantage Plans is interested in hiring Customer Service Representatives to their team onsite in Salem Oregon! These positions are long term opportunities to join their team as the company continues to see more growth.


Description

  • Provide excellent customer service to all Medicare Advantage members.
  • Assist with coverage and claims related questions.
  • Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for all products.
  • Conduct research and follow-up for prompt resolution.
  • Work efficiently in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, polite manner.
  • Research, investigate and triage customer issues of concern and dissatisfaction as assigned.
  • Advocate for the customer: explain benefits in a detailed and courteous manner so they are understood.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Call center experience and understanding metrics/expectations
  • Must have excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
  • Understand how to resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently
