Currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join the team at a major health plan company in Salem, OR!

Pay: $19/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5pm - During Open Enrollment shift can be between 8am-8pm and include weekends if you want OT

6-Month Contract to Hire - Long-Term Opportunity!

Hybrid Opportunity Once hired on as a FTE

Expected Start Date - Around 2nd week in August


Job Description:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all Medicare Advantage members.
  • Assist with coverage and claims related questions.
  • Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for all products.
  • Conduct research and follow-up for prompt resolution.
  • Work efficiently in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, polite manner
  • Research, investigate and triage customer issues of concern and dissatisfaction as assigned
  • Advocate for the customer: explain benefits in a detailed and courteous manner so they are understood

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 + years of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
