Maintenance Helper

The Maintenance Helper will support the maintenance team with various projects throughout the facility. This role involves repair work on both equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with heights and performing cleaning tasks.

• Assist the maintenance team with facility and equipment repair projects.
• Perform tasks such as painting, equipment assistance, and facility maintenance.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively for maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely cleaning and availability of totes for operational needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Experience in production and general labor.
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools.
• Experience with machine operation and packaging.
• Strong facility maintenance skills.

• Comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, OR.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
