Burn Table Operator

Join our team as a Burn Table Operator working the day shift from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:45 pm. You will be responsible for operating a brand new Laser/Burn table, with the support of a helper, to meet production demands.

• Operate a Laser/Burn table with precision.
• Utilize a crane/jib for moving plates and cutting parts.
• Manage steel plate inventory efficiently.
• Load and unload machines with accuracy.
• Stack finished parts on pallets neatly.
• Move inventory using a forklift safely.

• Mechanical inclination and mechanical aptitude.
• 1-3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, particularly with machine operation.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, including calipers and micrometers.
• Comfort with operating computer-controlled machines.

• Experience in blueprint reading and CNC operation.
• Ability to work with precision measurement instruments.
• Basic math comprehension, with the ability to identify measurements down to thousandths.
• Capability to lift 50-75 lbs.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in steel manufacturing and fabrication is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
