Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in automotive or manufacturing quality systems, with hands-on experience in PPAP and APQP processes. This role is critical in ensuring product quality from development through production, supporting continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage APQP activities for new product launches and engineering changes.
• Prepare, review, and submit PPAP documentation in accordance with customer and industry requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct FMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams as part of the APQP process.
• Support internal and external audits, including IATF 16949 compliance.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (8D, 5-Why, etc.).
