Job Description
We are seeking an adaptable and hands-on Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Business Partner to provide maternity leave coverage. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles, initially focusing on commercial (sales) and extending support across HR, operations, quality, regulatory, and R&D.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting: conduct role intake/briefs, drive approvals, manage inbound applications, screen resumes, run phone screens, coordinate and conduct interviews, and manage offers through acceptance.
- Source proactively by building targeted pipelines across commercial and corporate functions, leveraging talent communities and market insights to accelerate time to slate.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience while aligning with hiring managers on profiles, timelines, and decision criteria.
- Manage ATS: maintain accurate requisition and candidate data, ensure process compliance, and produce activity updates.
- Coordinate interview operations: schedule logistics, assemble feedback, and guide interview teams in a virtual-first environment.
- Partner on compensation alignment, negotiate terms, and manage pre-hire steps through handoff.
Essential Skills
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency) covering commercial/sales plus a mix of corporate functions (HR, operations, quality, regulatory, R&D).
- Proficiency with ATS (or similar applicant tracking systems); comfortable working virtually with distributed stakeholders.
- Ability to manage 3–5 concurrent requisitions and prioritize in a part-time schedule.
- Strong communication, organization, and offer management skills with data-accurate ATS hygiene.
- Bias to action, curiosity, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
Work Environment
The role offers flexibility with options for remote, in-office (Bethlehem, PA), or hybrid work arrangements, aligned to role needs and team preferences. The position covers 20–25 hours per week, managing an average workload of 3–5 requisitions. The dress code is business casual.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Bethlehem, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.25 - $41.00/hr.
