🔧 What You’ll Do

As a Traffic Controller, you will help keep utility work zones safe and running smoothly by:

  • Directing traffic safely around active work zones using hand signals, signage, and communication devices
  • Setting up, maintaining, and removing cones, barricades, and traffic control equipment
  • Monitoring traffic flow and adjusting controls to minimize delays
  • Communicating clearly with team members and the public to ensure everyone stays safe and informed

📋 What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods
  • Previous traffic control, construction, or utility experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Braddock, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34320.00 - $34320.00/yr.

Scheduled Pay Increases: Earn a $0.50 raise every six months, recognizing your dedication and reliability. Take-Home Vehicle Eligibility: After 3 months of employment, qualified team members may be eligible for a company take-home vehicle, adding convenience and saving on commuting costs. Career Advancement: Hardworking and committed employees have the opportunity to move up into divisions, where wages start at $30+/hour.
