Electrical Operations Assistant / Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician

Pay: Starting at $21/hr+ (based on interview)

Schedule: 12‑hour shifts | Day & Night options | Built‑in overtime

Location: Breinigsville, PA

Environment: Cleanroom – full training provided

We are hiring Electronics Assemblers / Cleanroom Manufacturing Technicians to support high‑tech manufacturing operations in a clean, climate‑controlled cleanroom environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work, learning advanced equipment, and being part of a growing industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate manual and computer‑controlled production equipment

• Handle wafers and optical components with precision

• Perform photolithography, etching, cleaning, and inspection steps

• Use microscopes to check quality and follow established procedures

• Enter production data and make basic adjustments during runs

• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic computer skills (Excel/Word)

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Ability to sit or stand for 3–5 hours at a time

• Comfortable learning technical equipment

• Reliable, safety‑focused, and willing to work in a cleanroom suit

Preferred (Not Required):

• Manufacturing, electronics, or cleanroom experience

• Microscope or assembly experience

• Mechanical or technical aptitude

This is a Contract position based out of Breinigsville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr.
