Machine Operator – End of Line
Location: New Smithville, PA
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for all activities and operations at the end of the line
- Follow all safety, process, and ISO procedures related to the cutter and/or grinder
- Complete required paperwork, including end‑of‑line SPC tests every 30 minutes
- Identify and understand basic sheet faults and recognize common issues
- Notify appropriate personnel of any non‑routine issues
- Communicate quality and process concerns to the Shift Leader or Line/Operations Manager
- Replace tape and barcodes as needed
- Complete length and width changes
- Perform pallet changes
- Perform additional duties and activities as directed
Schedule & Pay
1st Shift:
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- $19.50/hour
- 2‑2‑3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on; every other weekend)
3rd Shift:
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- $21.50/hour
- Same 2‑2‑3 schedule
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Comfortable completing quality checks and documentation
- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts, including alternating weekends
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems preferred, but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Smithsville, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.
