Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our team for the 2nd shift. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial laundry facility by assisting with the repair, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment.

• Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems, and components, including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Resolve safety concerns promptly to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform both indoor and outdoor housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Monitor inventory supplies and maintain accurate maintenance records.

• 2+ years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and control systems.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and schematic reading.

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with 3-phase electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot motors and electrical systems.
• Previous industrial maintenance experience.

You will work in an industrial environment during the 2nd shift from 2pm to 10pm. The role requires both indoor and outdoor tasks, and adherence to safety protocols is essential.
