Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accurate posting and verification of invoices, along with maintaining vendor records.

• Post and verify invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Process over 100 invoices weekly.
• Maintain vendor records and manage vendor relationships.
• Conduct 3-way match to ensure accurate payment processing.
• Utilize SAP effectively for accounts payable tasks.
• Navigate spreadsheets and create simple formulas in Excel.

• 3+ years of experience in invoice processing and accounts payable.
• 3+ years of experience in vendor maintenance.
• Proficient in performing a 3-way match.
• Skilled in using SAP.
• Ability to navigate and create formulas in Excel.

The position is onsite, providing a collaborative and supportive team culture. The work environment is conducive to efficiency and teamwork, with resources available for seamless invoice processing and vendor management.

This is a Contract position based out of Carlisle, PA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Carlisle,PA.
