High Reach Operator

Now Hiring: High Reach Operators – Carlisle, PA

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4 Days/10 Hours) – $20.05/hr

3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM (4 Days/10 Hours) – $22.00/hr

Job Overview:

Operate high reach equipment to support warehouse operations including put-away, replenishment, and inventory movement. Join a clean, organized facility with competitive pay and growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Operate high reach equipment for put-away and replenishment
• Unload and stack incoming materials
• Move stock to pallets or crates for storage/shipment
• Identify and report damages or shortages
• Transport materials to production areas
• Maintain inventory records and activity logs
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Experience operating high reach equipment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Attention to detail and reliability

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CARLISLE, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.05 - $22.00/hr.
