High Reach Operator Role- Carlisle, PA!
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to operate stand-up high reach forklifts for order picking. The main responsibility of this role is to efficiently operate stand-up forklifts, primarily Crown forklifts, and meet supervisor quotas. While the primary duty involves forklift operation, there will be times when you will perform tasks by hand.
Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up forklifts to pick orders.
- Meet and maintain order quotas as set by supervisors.
- Perform manual tasks as required.
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of forklifts, primarily Crown models.
Essential Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of experience with stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to operate high reach and Crown stand-up lifts.
- Experience in picking orders efficiently.

Work Environment
The job is situated in a general warehouse environment that is fast-paced with many moving parts, including forklifts and trucks being loaded and unloaded. The facility is clean, climate-controlled, and provides a pleasant working atmosphere. Most of your time will be spent on the forklift.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
