Mechanical Drafter / Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

• Generate, modify, and organize general arrangement and physical outline drawings using the latest AutoCAD tools
• Support customer approvals and manufacturing by delivering accurate, on-time drawing packages
• Perform CAD file conversions as needed
• Create 3D models using ProEngineer (Creo) for customer-specific circuit breakers
• Review mechanical and electrical drawings for technical accuracy and clarity
• Prepare approval and as-built drawing packages, CT curves, and test reports for customer submittals
• Maintain and manage all engineering drawings in the EDMATS document management system
• Prepare device tag files to support procurement and planning teams

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for recent graduates, early-career engineers, or experienced drafters who want exposure to real engineering projects.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with mechanical CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or ProEngineer (Creo)
• At least 1 year of CAD-based drafting or design experience (internships and co-ops welcome!)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, Mechanical Design, or 3D Modeling

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charleroi, PA.

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $31.25/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Charleroi,PA.
