Client Services Representative
🕒 Monday–Friday, 8.5-hour shifts starting between 9:00 AM–12:30 PM EST
🕘 Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
TEKsystems is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our client’s customers—delivering exceptional service and support across phone, email, and chat.

💼 What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide detailed information about insurance products and services.
- Assist with policy changes, claims, and billing questions.
- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends and product updates.
What You Bring
- Associate Degree
- Previous customer service experience (insurance industry a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation:$21.5
