Position Summary You will lead the development and delivery of clear, evidence-based medical information for healthcare professionals, payers and internal partners. You will work closely with Medical Affairs, Legal, and commercial colleagues to ensure content is accurate, balanced and current. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Create, update and review medical information content that is scientifically balanced, concise and evidence-based. - Maintain and improve the medical information database and launch readiness plans for assigned therapeutic areas. - Provide clinical and scientific expertise for payer-directed materials and support payer engagement needs. - Review and provide medical sign-off for promotional and scientific materials to ensure compliance with relevant standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce reactive and proactive scientific presentations and responses for healthcare professionals. - Share medical insights and contribute to continuous improvement of medical information practices and workstreams. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - PharmD, PhD, MD or equivalent scientific/clinical qualification. - Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical or pharmaceutical industry experience. - Proven skills in evaluating clinical literature and summarizing complex evidence clearly. - Experience writing or reviewing scientific or medical information content for healthcare audiences. - Strong stakeholder collaboration skills, with experience working across functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work in a matrixed environment. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - 2 or more years developing medical information for healthcare professionals, payers, patients or public health authorities. - 3 to 5 years of scientific experience communicating evidence in a pharmaceutical, managed care, or health system setting. - Experience with promotion review processes and compliance standards. - Experience working with global or regional teams and managing cross-functional projects. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for scientific and non-scientific audiences. - Experience translating real-world evidence, comparative effectiveness research, or observational studies into practical medical information.
