Responsibilities
- Manage the printing, assembly, and distribution of work orders and engineering drawings to support production and operational needs.
- Convert drawings into data, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), into AS400, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for cross-functional teams.
- Process and document Release Forms (ERFs), ensuring all revisions are accurately entered and maintained within systems.
- Collaborate with the Configuration Manager to ensure timely release of engineering documentation and files.
- Prepare and submit Material Requisition Orders through AS400 as requested by internal stakeholders.
- Provide support for basic Autodesk Vault functionality and assist in troubleshooting system errors in the absence of the Configuration Manager.
- Coordinate the procurement, organization, and distribution of engineering specifications as required.
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders to support departmental operations.
- Update and maintain multiple databases to support accurate job closing processes.
Essential Skills
- Administrative support in a technical or engineering industry with technical aptitude to understand drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with accuracy.
- Experience with ERP systems, AS400, and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).

Work Environment
The position is located in a military manufacturing facility with multiple buildings on the campus. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with a flexible 1st shift, most employees work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with core hours from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallastown, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
