Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Packer where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficient packaging of our products in a cleanroom environment. This position requires strict adherence to attire guidelines, including wearing a hair net and pants that cover the legs completely.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package parts according to job packet instructions.
• Visually inspect parts and place them in the appropriate bin for packaging or into the scrap box.
• Stand for extended periods while grabbing parts from the end of the line, requiring keen attention to detail.
• Work on multiple lines, adjusting to different production speeds as needed.

Essential Skills

• 1 year of production or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• 1 year of packaging and labeling experience is preferred.
• 1 year of experience inspecting parts or working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with assembly, general labor, cleanroom procedures, packaging, labeling, warehouse operations, and visual inspection.
• Knowledge in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance repair.
• Mechanically inclined skills and experience with molding machines.

Work Environment

The work environment is an injection molding shop, ensuring a clean and organized space due to the handling of plastics. The position operates on a 2-2-3 shift schedule, with daylight shifts from 7am-7pm and night shifts from 7pm-7am. Training will occur during daylight hours for the first week from 7am-3pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Derry, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.50/hr.
