Job Description

Join our team as an Automation Operator, where you will play a crucial role in producing magnetic components for a diverse array of industries, including Aerospace, Defense, Medical, and Oil & Gas. The role involves working with custom magnet solutions and associated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts into a robotic cell for automated processing.
• Inspect and box parts as they are ejected from the system.
• Follow documented troubleshooting steps when the system jams or produces out-of-spec parts.
• Operate safely and efficiently within a manufacturing environment.
• Lift 20–30 lbs occasionally throughout the shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge in CNC operations, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
• Understanding of machining, part inspection, and operating robotic cells.
• Familiarity with automation systems and blueprint reading.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, well-organized, and climate-controlled production floor. The schedule consists of Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts starting at 5:00 AM, with a possible alternative schedule from Tuesday to Friday.

This is a Contract position based out of Du Bois, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
