Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator (Contract Position)

Contract Duration: Open-ended contract (average duration is between 3-6 months)

Job Type: Part-time 24 hours per week (Monday-Friday) - during normal business hours

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time, onsite Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) with experience in clinical research to support an ongoing Asthma clinical trial. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and act as one of the main CRCs for this study. As the position and study progress, additional responsibilities may be assigned. The candidate must be flexible and willing to assist with various tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medical Record Review: Conduct thorough reviews of patient medical records.
• Participant Screening: Perform phone screenings or prescreen participants for eligibility.
• Medical Record Retrieval: Obtain necessary medical records for the study.
• Referral Physician Networking: Building relationships between clinical researchers and community physicians to facilitate patient recruitment for clinical trials

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator, LPN or RN.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
