Field Welder – $25–$30/hr | Full-Time | York, PA

We are looking for skilled MIG and Stick Welders to support commercial construction projects throughout Central PA. If you excel in both shop work and field installation — and want a steady, long‑term opportunity with plenty of hours — this is the role for you.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Fabricate, lay out, assemble, and weld parts based on shop drawings and project specifications
• Perform layout, fitting, and welding of structural and miscellaneous metals
• Utilize MIG and Stick welding in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead)
• Operate shop tools and equipment including saws, ironworkers, and plasma tables
• Work at heights and in tight spaces on site as needed
• Assist with installation of completed fabrication at job sites within a 2‑hour radius
• Travel to job sites as required (drive time paid)

🧰 What You Need

• Ability to pass a MIG and Stick weld test prior to interview
• Comfort working both in a fabrication shop and on active construction sites
• Willingness to work full-time hours with regular overtime
• Contractors must provide their own welding gear, tools, and PPE

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
