Job Title: Terminal Operator for $21/hr with WEEKLY pay!

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Terminal Operator to join our team. This role involves managing silica material handling and packaging, with opportunities for training in forklift and truck operations.

Responsibilities

• Attach large bags to a chute to catch silica material, using a lever to control the volume as per order requirements. Ensure the bag weight is monitored on a scale.
• Lift 50 lb bags from a waist-high table and stack them on a nearby pallet, with bags being processed every 30 seconds.
• Seal and scan labels onto filled bags of material.
• Operate a forklift after completing a one-month training program.
• Drive trucks within the facility after completing a training program, not applicable during the first month.
• Perform general cleanup of workstations.

Essential Skills

• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs.
• Capability to get a respirator fit.
• Experience in packaging, loading, unloading, and working in varied temperature environments.
• Familiarity with general labor, hand tools, and construction tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in oil and gas industry is advantageous.
• Willingness to undergo training for forklift and truck operations.

Work Environment

This position operates on a flexible first shift from 6 am to 6 pm, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. The workweek can vary between 5 to 7 days. Candidates must be open to any shift. The role involves working in both hot and cold conditions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
