Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support the acquisition maintenance group. This role involves quickly ramping up on products, leading and executing engineering tasks, and alleviating workload from the team lead.

• Rapidly gain proficiency with customer products.
• Apply experience in production support and test engineering.
• Lead and follow through on assigned tasks and product initiatives.
• Take ownership of responsibilities to support manager's workload.
• Utilize JIRA for task and project tracking.

• Highly motivated to complete work and able to motivate others.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering processes, including qualification testing.
• Familiarity with DO-160 or similar standards for environmental testing of avionics.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Experience with IEC standards similar to RTCA DO-160.
• Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft, DOORS, and JIRA.
• Understanding of MIL-STD.

The role is 100% onsite in Exton, PA, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The group focuses on obsolescence management within the product line and test equipment issues and development. Dress code and facility conditions adhere to professional engineering environments.

This is a Permanent position based out of Exton, Pennsylvania.
