Customer Service Representative – Hanover, PA

TEKsystems is partnering with a leading food manufacturing company in Hanover, PA to hire a Customer Service Representative. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term career growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal and external customers. You’ll play a key role in order management, issue resolution, and ensuring timely communication across departments.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP or similar ERP systems
- Respond to inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service tea
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Environment:
- On-site in Hanover, PA
- Monday–Friday, standard business hours
