Customer Service Representative – Hanover, PA

Contract-to-Hire | Hybrid | TEKsystems


TEKsystems is partnering with a leading food manufacturing company in Hanover, PA to hire a Customer Service Representative. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term career growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal and external customers. You’ll play a key role in order management, issue resolution, and ensuring timely communication across departments.


  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Respond to inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and delivery timelines
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service tea
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Work Environment:

  • On-site in Hanover, PA
  • Monday–Friday, standard business hours
