Machine Operator
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery to produce, inspect, and prepare products according to customer specifications.
- Observe machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunctions.
- Perform routine machine maintenance.
- Position and adjust fixtures, attachments, or workpieces using hand tools and measuring devices.
- Set up machines to meet deadlines and product completion.
- Maintain housekeeping in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned areas.
- Enforce quality standards, respond to quality concerns, and comply with documentation requirements.
- Comply with safety regulations and promote workplace safety by reporting unsafe acts or equipment.
- Ensure customer packaging requirements are met at all times.
- Document inspection results in SAP.
Essential Skills
- Production and manufacturing industry experience.
- Machine operating and inspection experience.
- Experience with industrial machinery.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools.
- Experience in packaging.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to follow detailed quality and inspection definitions.
- Experience operating packaging equipment (preferred).
- Effective communication skills for reporting quality concerns.
Shift and Pay
- Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Pay starts at $26-29/h

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
