Job Description
The Industrial Engineer will design tools, equipment, and jigs for connector manufacturing processes, contributing to the efficiency and innovation within the production line.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop tools, jigs, and fixtures for connector manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve existing manufacturing processes.
- Utilize Solidworks for equipment and process design.
- Ensure adherence to AS9100 standards.
- Apply expertise in tooling and jig design to optimize production workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering.
- 8-10 years of experience in tooling, jig, and fixture design.
- Proficiency in Solidworks.
- Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001 standards.
- Experience in small batch electronic components manufacturing environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in process design and process improvement.
