The Interim Consolidations Manager will support the financial close and reporting process for a global organization, with a primary focus on consolidations, financial analysis, and executive-level reporting. This role requires hands-on experience with consolidation platforms and the ability to extract, analyze, and present financial data for senior leadership. The position involves minimal journal entry activity and limited ERP interaction, with a strong emphasis on consolidation systems, reporting accuracy, and insight-driven analysis.
Responsibilities- Support the financial close and reporting process for a global organization.
- Focus on consolidations, financial analysis, and executive-level reporting.
- Extract, analyze, and present financial data for senior leadership.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and provide insight-driven analysis.
- Experience with consolidations.
- Proficiency in financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with consolidation platforms such as Onestream or Hyperion.
- Ability to create pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.
- Proficiency within a large-scale ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, or Infor.
- Experience with Onestream and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
- 10+ years of general ledger accounting experience.
- 5+ years of consolidations at a manager level.
- 5+ years of financial reporting experience for a global company.
- 5+ years of experience creating PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership.
- Experience working within the manufacturing industry.
The work environment requires onsite presence once a week. The atmosphere is very down-to-earth, with minimal micromanagement.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Horsham, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
