Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Cleanroom Machine Operator responsible for monitoring product quality and performing quality control procedures. This opportunity offers the potential for a permanent position based on performance. The position is available for the 3rd shift, from 10 pm to 6:30 am, Sunday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality, communicate issues, document findings, and react to problems.
• Follow established quality reaction procedures.
• Select unbiased FQA and customer samples as directed by the shift lead.
• Perform customer-specific packing procedures, ensuring products meet customer-accepted criteria.
• Maintain a clean packing area daily.
• Assist in preparing machinery and the machine area for job changes.
• Utilize non-productive time efficiently to meet departmental needs, including re-inspecting products, preparing packaging material, and assisting in other departments as needed.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of AIS, including sample collection and clearing jams.
• Follow cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience in cleanroom operations.
• Proficiency in packing and inspection processes.
• Experience in production packing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing or quality environment preferred.
• Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous packing or production experience preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
