IT Field Technician
Contract: 6 months, with potential for permanent hire
Location: On-site in Lewisburg, PA
Overview
Join a facilities-focused IT team supporting infrastructure assessments and hands-on technical work. Responsibilities include evaluating network closets, installing and replacing equipment (e.g., batteries), and supporting construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and document IT infrastructure setups
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power, cooling, and cabling systems
- Monitor equipment status and perform preventive maintenance
- Maintain logs, diagrams, and documentation
- Support infrastructure projects and validate build-outs
- Travel across multiple sites with mileage reimbursement
Preferred Skills
- HVAC systems
- Network and cabling
- Electrical and fire suppression systems
- Experience in field technician roles
- Ability to read and contribute to room schematics
Compensation:$25
