Job Title: Yard Worker - Day Shift or Night Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Yard Worker. This role involves working in the plant to pour, cast, and finish concrete panels, as well as stripping and cleaning concrete forms once they are cured.
Responsibilities
- Pour, cast, and finish concrete panels.
- Strip concrete once it is cured.
- Clean forms and move them out to the yard.
Essential Skills
- Prior experience in concrete, manual labor, or landscaping.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Capability to lift, bend, and climb repeatedly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Yard Jockey experience is preferred.
- Prior pouring experience is preferred.

Work Environment
You will work outside in the yard where completed panels are stored before shipment. Be prepared to work in varying weather conditions, as the location is on a mountain with typically colder temperatures and minimal wind protection. Work shifts are typically from 6am to completion (up to 6pm) or from 6pm to completion (up to 6am), with every other or every third weekend required. The role involves working in teams of about 20 in each department (Wide-Bed and Rolling Bed).
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mahanoy City, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
