Position: Utility / Production Worker – 1st / 3rd Shift
About the Role
We’re hiring dependable Utility Production Workers to join our 1st/3rd shift team. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in preparing products for shipment and keeping production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Palletize plastic pipes as they come off the production line
- Build pallets to required counts and lengths
- Securely wrap and stage pallets for shipping
- Work both inside the production facility and outside in the shipping yard
- Support general utility and production tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong reliability, attendance, and work ethic
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MECHANICSBURG, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
