1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days of employment!

How Will You Make an Impact?:
Model safe behaviors, perform pre-task risk assessments, and keep a clean, organized workstation that supports flow and reduces errors. Learn your workflows, follow standard work, and consistently meet or exceed daily output with dependable attendance and shift coverage. Perform meticulous first-piece inspections, use SPC/visual controls, and stop-at-defect to prevent rework and scrap. Partner with quality to drive root-cause fixes.

A Day in the Life:
  • Join tier meeting to review targets, quality issues, and constraints.
  • Follow current standard work (SOPs) and visual controls.
  • Perform first-piece inspection, record results.
  • Full fill job orders by cutting tubes or picking parts.
  • Maintain clean, organized workspace; remove trip hazards.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Manufacturing process knowledge
  • Understanding of SOPs/standard work, work instructions, and visual controls
Technical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings/prints and BOMs
  • Equipment operation and setup; changeovers and basic parameter adjustments
  • Basic computer skills
Quality and problem-solving
  • First-piece inspection, in-process checks, and stop-at-defect discipline
Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Work environment
  • cleanroom production floor
  • Variable temperatures, noise levels, and occasional fumes/particulates
  • Standing workstations or assembly lines
  • Required use of PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hairnet, body suit, cleanroom shoes)
Physical abilities
  • Stand, walk, bend, and lift as required
  • work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Safe handling of materials and operation within environmental conditions
  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull materials or equipment (40lbs or more)
