Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator who is attentive to detail and adheres to safety standards. You should be eager to learn and improve through on-the-job training and work effectively in a team. The objective is to ensure smooth production procedures that maximize efficiency.

• Be present for all scheduled shifts.
• Set up machines to start a production cycle.
• Control and adjust machine settings.
• Feed raw material or parts into semi-automated machines.
• Utilize tooling and precision measuring instruments to ensure specifications are met.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on machines to ensure operational efficiency.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of tooling and precision measuring instruments.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Ability to perform materials handling tasks safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with manufacturing equipment is preferred.

The work environment is similar to a foundry, where it can be dark and a bit dirty, with higher temperatures during summer. The role operates on a schedule of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Thursday through Saturday, and every other Sunday.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Joy, PA.

The pay range for this position is $48214.40 - $48214.40/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Mount Joy,PA.
