Job Description
We are seeking a skilled PCB Technician to join our team. In this role, you will test and troubleshoot printed circuit board assemblies, ensuring compliance with documentation, specifications, and quality workmanship standards. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-volume, high-accuracy environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform tests on PCB assemblies per established procedures.
- Document and record test results accurately.
- Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions at the subassembly level.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and process sheets.
- Operate test equipment such as digital volt meters and calibration tools.
- Maintain strong technical documentation and reporting.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in electronics and PCB testing.
- Experience with troubleshooting and correcting malfunctions.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Competence in operating digital volt meters and calibration tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related technical field or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of related PCB or electronics work experience required.
Work Environment
This position operates on the 1st shift.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
