Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our weekend shift team, working Saturday through Monday from 5:45 am to 5:45 pm. The position offers competitive compensation based on experience. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for promptly responding to equipment breakdowns and performing corrective actions for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using appropriate tools and techniques. You will play a crucial role in maintaining equipment reliability and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform corrective actions.
- Repair or replace defective components, including motors, gearboxes, sensors, and control systems.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to support overall equipment reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during maintenance activities.
Essential Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting, PLC control, and 3-phase electrical maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- Familiarity with PLCs, conveyors, pumps, and industrial machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment under pressure.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.90 - $37.91/hr.
